14 times World Champion Phil "The Power" Taylor confirmed live on Sky Sports that he will be participating. Over 120 of the World's best will be coming to Gibraltar yet again in January to play two players championships. The main events will be held at the Tercentenary Sports Hall (Victoria Stadium) on Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th January 2009.
There is over £60,000 in prize money on offer.
Entries close on Thursday 8th January (Midday) at £100 or 130 Euros per event and this is open to any Gibraltarian or Spanish players.
