Fragile Peace in Georgia - Russian Tanks Patrol Gori Whilst Separatists Loot

A fragile peace is holding in most parts of Georgia.

Although news coming from the city of Gori is that Russian tanks have been seen patrolling the city. The tanks seem to be dismantling and destroying Georgian army bases there.

Residents are terrified, houses are being set alight, there is looting going on involving South Ossetian separatists. Who are taking whatever they can before their expected withdrawal. (If the peace plan is adhered to.)
There are also reports of cars being taken from residents at gunpoint on the entrances to the city.
